A unique food concept that Northern Ireland hasn’t seen before is set to open in Belfast in spring, which will see the creation of 35 new jobs following a £350,000 investment.
Andrew Maxwell, founder of Mexican food chain Boojum, is preparing to launch a new food venture.
The 2,000 sq ft eatery, named Vero, is situated on the ground floor of Bedford House in Bedford Street, and it will have enough seating to accommodate 35 diners. In addition, there will be a dedicated entrance for the processing and collection of online orders through a digital hub.
Vero aims to provide a seamless and flexible dining experience by leveraging innovative technology solutions, including an omni-channel approach that incorporates in-store, click and collect, delivery, and catering options.
